As a national preschool organization we know how picky children can be about what they eat – we get it!  That’s why we put a lot of thought and planning in to making sure our meals and snacks not only taste good, but also provide lots of nutrients needed for children to grow and maintain energy balance throughout their active days.

Each of our schools across the country has a dedicated full-time chef that takes meal planning very seriously. They understand the positive long-term impact of healthy, nutrient-packed meals so they cook with only the freshest ingredients and aim to exceed all nutritional guidelines.

Weekly Menu Example:

MONDAY

Breakfast – Homemade oatmeal, fresh strawberries, with milk

Lunch – White meat chicken nuggets, steamed corn, fresh mandarin oranges, with milk

Snack –Wheat crackers, string cheese, with water

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast – Cottage cheese with cereal bar or scone, banana slices, with water

Lunch – Homemade lasagna roll-ups, green beans, fresh peaches, with milk

Snack – Tapioca pudding with graham crackers, with milk

 

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast – Homemade organic blueberry muffins, honeydew, with milk

Lunch – Homemade breakfast burritos with maple sausage and hash browns, steamed broccoli, fresh mango, with milk

Snack – Fresh raw carrot sticks and homemade hummus, with water

 

THURSDAY

Breakfast – Bagels with low fat cream cheese, applesauce with milk

Lunch – Homemade pepperoni (or cheese) pizza, celery with dipping sauce, pineapple, with milk

Snack – Cheese roll ups, fresh apple slices, with water

 

FRIDAY

Breakfast –Cheerios, fresh mixed fruit, with milk

Lunch – Grilled cheese sandwich, green salad, fresh cantaloupe, with milk

Snack – Organic goldfish, fresh berries, with water
