Our October 2016 Company-Wide Teacher of the Month is Madison Saxton.

Ms. Maddie is an infant teacher at our Springfield I location.

Maddie’s supervisor, Melissa, had the following to say:

“She is our Gummy Bear infant teacher and has been with us since August. She has made quite an impact on her classroom since starting. She comes to us with a Bachelor’s degree and is pursuing her Masters. The infant parents love her and so do their little ones. She’s a very hard-working dedicated employee. We are so lucky to have her!”

Maddie received her B. S. degree in Child Development at Pittsburg State University in 2013 after working in the childcare industry for seven years.  She is currently working on her M. S. in Early Child and Family Development.

Maddie loves the atmosphere the company gives.  “It is such a fun place to be at!”

Maddie is currently working in an infant classroom.  “I love getting to see my babies grow and develop over the time they are with us.”

Her favorite curriculum unit has been the Transportation unit.

In her free time, Maddie loves to cycle and read.  One thing that people may not know about Maddie is that she almost went to Culinary school.  “I love to bake!”
