Little Sunshine’s Playhouse – Granite Bay opened to students on November 27, 2017.

Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool maintains an identity of unrivaled distinction in preschool and educational childcare, and a new location opened in Granite Bay this week. Located at 5370 Douglas Boulevard, the new location will serve Granite Bay, Roseville, Citrus Heights, and greater north Sacramento area families.

“Little Sunshine’s is proud to offer exceptional child care and educational services for families in the Granite Bay area,” said Rochette Dahler, founder and CEO of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool. “By bringing Little Sunshine’s Playhouse to the area, we will be able to meet that need with the most innovative, superior preschool experience and a commitment to providing the best in early childhood education.”

Little Sunshine’s first students walked through the doors Monday, November 27. Distinctive services unique to Little Sunshine’s include password-secured Kiddie Cams™, LuvNotes™, a red carpet drop off service, nutrient-rich meals as well as various activities including yoga, cooking, and many others. These all-inclusive services have been developed to meet specific connection, communication, security, nutrition, and convenience desires for families while also positioning Little Sunshine’s as an early care innovator.

Director Allison Peterson cut the ribbon at the Grand Opening Celebration to commemorate opening ceremonies of the Granite Bay location.

Leading the management team is Program Director Allison Peterson.

“We are thrilled to serve the families around Granite Bay, and we invite families and community members to see inside our castle and join us on this magical adventure,” Peterson said. “Being a native to the area and having raised my own little one locally, I cannot wait to share this incredible program with a place and people that mean so much to me.”

Little Sunshine’s facilities are professionally designed to maximize each child’s personal experience, enabling children to develop their imagination. The Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum is based on the latest research and industry trends to effectively prepare young children to enter their educational career equipped with cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language skills.
