This month we received several Teacher Appreciation posts from parents, along with verbal praises for our amazing teachers! We used those wonderful comments, along with feedback from supervisors and co-workers to determine a nominee from each school for the Company-Wide Teacher of the Month. We would like to take this opportunity to specially recognize each of the nominees: Jordyn Aadland from Scottsdale, Whitney Strunk from Rogers, Pam Bigham from Ozark, Diane Zollman from Springfield I, Kelley Leggett from Springfield II and Mercedes Dang from Springfield III. Thank you, ladies for doing such an outstanding job with your students and for setting a great example for the rest of our team!

With that being said, we would like to announce our Company-Wide Teacher of the Month, Ms. Diane Zollman from Springfield I (pictured above). Diane has been with LSP for over 8 years and has been a vital part of our team! She is a teacher in our Pre-K classroom and takes great pride in teaching her students and preparing them from Kindergarten and beyond! Ms. Diane is always willing to go above the call of duty in her daily work and she carefully plans her lessons to make them fun and enriched learning experiences for her students. She is adored by all of her students and each morning they run up to her to give her hugs and big smiles come across their faces. Ms. Diane excels at getting to know each child individually, as well as their parents on a personal level. We are very fortunate to have her as a part of our LSP family!!

Matt and I want to personally reach out to our amazing group of educators and caregivers. You all make LSP what it is! From a brand new teacher with passion and creativity bursting from the seams to the dedicated, wise group of you with the most seniority in the company... every single one of you make a difference in your communities daily. You touch the hearts of children and you do truly impact their world long-term. We are thankful for every one of you! While he is very shy in the morning when I drop him off, he is so excited to talk about preschool when we get home at night. He tells me his favorite teacher is Mrs. Katherine, which knowing Gavin's love for food, didn't surprise me at all!! He adores her, and says, "I love MY Mrs. Katherine." "I absolutely love LSP. My daughter started daycare for the first time ever this year, and I couldn't be more at ease with it being Little Sunshine's. She fell right into place the first day! She loves the environment, the teachers, (the toys!!) and all of her new friends. I have to admit I was nervous at first, just because it had been just her and I, but she attached herself to Ms. Stephanie and has never looked back. I adore Ms. Stephanie, she is so caring and wonderful with the kids. All of the ladies who work there are amazing, they all love the kids so much, and from a mom's perspective, that's really comforting. Thank you for having the best staff here in Springfield, you warm our hearts with love, joy, and comfort. I do also admire your fundraising and donating opportunities.
