Staff Testimonials
"LSP has many great things about them starting with the great things they do for the children in their care followed by the great things they do for their staff. In December of 2010, I was offered a great position as a teacher in the Pre Kindergarten room. Within the next few months, I was taught many things watching and practicing how the other teachers and Directors went about doing things. During this time I was offered a scholarship called TEACH which LSP has a big part in. LSP has done so much for me; teaching me new things, making me more knowledgeable about teaching children, along with putting me though school. LSP works with my school schedule and has given me the opportunity to do the thing I want with my life. If it wasn't for them I would be just another average employee at an average facility or business. This being stated, LSP does many great things with a positive outlook passing it along to the children, parents and staff." Wendy Knock, Springfield II
"I started at Little Sunshine's Playhouse on August 29, 2005. In the time that I've been here, I have grown to love the people that I work with as well as the company. While working here I have started my family and my two boys have both attended Little Sunshine's Playhouse. Going to any other childcare facility was not an option for my children. I have now been here for a little over six years and am proud to be part of the franchise that has won The Best of the Ozarks - Best Childcare/Preschool for two consecutive years now." Jackie Lee, Springfield I
"Hello, my name is Quinn Madow and I have been working at LSP since the middle of February 2011. I wanted a change of venues and LSP has been a great fit. I really feel as though LSP has accommodated me and that I have done the same for the school, this is just one of the many reasons I really enjoy working for LSP. Some of the other reasons include having nice and enjoyable bosses who treat the staff respectfully, a great facility and, of course, the kids." Quinn Madow, Scottsdale
"LSP is the first preschool I've ever worked at and I've never enjoyed a job as much as I do this one! I love spending time with the kids and watching them as they grow and learn new things. My coworkers are wonderful as well! They are all so supportive and encouraging. Mackenzy and Rochelle work hard to keep LSP running smoothly and they make our center a comfortable and welcoming place to work. I've never had a job where everyone is as passionate about what they do as the staff here. Everyone truly cares about the growth and development of each child. It is the passion and support that makes me feel proud to be a part of the LSP Family!" Cassie Ragadio, Springfield III
"Though my time at LSP has been short, it has been amazing so far! I love coming to work every day and seeing all of these children so happy. It is such a clean and safe environment for children to learn and grow. All of the employees care so much for their children which is so important given how much time they are in our care. Our management is here for us to talk to and not just when it comes to our work. LSP is such an amazing preschool and I am reminded every day that I am blessed to be in all of these children's lives." Sarah Walton, Rogers
"LSP has many fine attributes. Melissa and Chelsi care very much about their staff. When conflicts arise even in their most short staffed days they figure a way to help that staff member in any way possible. In many businesses a co-worker is just considered an employee, but in LSP's eyes we are a family. As this is one of LSP's attributes and it doesn't stop here, there are so many other great qualities." Ashley Coherd, Springfield II
"I worked at another daycare before LSP. I enjoyed working there but I'm so thankful for my job here. Not only do I love what I do with the kids, but the atmosphere is warm and comforting. We are our own little family! Mackenzy and Rochelle put so much hard work into making it an enjoyable place to work. They plan team builders every month where we go out and all do something fun together. They are flexible and they genuinely care about their employees. I have the highest respect for them and I am honored to be an LSP employee." Mercedes Dang, Springfield III
