Melissa Corporon, Director

"Welcome to Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool. My name is Melissa Corporon and I am the Program Director for our Springfield II location. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development, as well as a minor in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University in May of 2008. While attending college, I taught in many Preschool settings with children as small as infants to as old as Pre-kindergarten. I became a part of the Little Sunshine's family in August of 2008. My career at Little Sunshine's began as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher, and with hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Assistant Director shortly thereafter. After becoming the Assistant Director in early 2009, I was then promoted to the Program Director as of August 2009. I absolutely love what I do every day. My passion is being able to help the children learn and grow both in size and in intellect. I also enjoy building lifelong relationships with the parents of the children as well my incredibly hard working staff.

On a personal note my husband and I have been married for four years. We have a daughter who will soon be two. She is absolutely amazing! In our spare time we love to read books, go to the zoo and do anything outdoors.

"Welcome to Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool, my name is Chelsi Delcour and I'm the Assistant Director. I attended OTC and obtained my CDA and have been with the company since August 2008. I started off as the 3 year old teacher, then moved to the Infant room and was promoted to the Assistant Director position. I enjoy getting to work with all the children and their families on a daily basis.

I am very family oriented and in my spare time enjoy float trips, camping, rock crawling and anything to do with being outdoors. I love watching football; my favorite team is the Green Bay Packers.
