Our September 2017 Company-Wide Teacher of the Month is Madison Bonenberger. Madison is the assistant teacher in the Sunnybrook Farm early preschool classroom at Gilbert.

Assistant Director, Kristin Seemann, had the following to say about Maddison:

“Madison is a crucial part of our team.  She is the assistant in our Sunnybrook Farm early preschool classroom.  Madison’s exudes hard work, dedication and passion for her kiddos, in every aspect of her day.  She truly loves the children in her care, and continually goes above and beyond, not only giving the LSP experience to everyone that walks through the door, but does so both humbly, and gracefully.  Madison works each day, to further her relationships with staff, students, and families, and has been the face that everyone can count on.

We cannot wait to see how she continues to grow, and thrive here at LSP!”

Madison got started in the child care industry while still in high school. They had an on-site preschool at her high school in Gilbert where she created lesson plans, interacted and fell in love with preschool-age children.

Madison enjoys working for Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool. “I enjoy the opportunities that this company gives us. The trainings, the atmosphere, and the opportunity for growth, is unlike any other.”

Madison works in the early preschool classroom and loves it.  “The two’s are such a fun age group because they are learning their independence.  But, they are still little enough that they are cuddly!” Her favorite activity has been painting with sunflowers. “The children were able to sniff the flower and feel the texture before dipping it in paint and printing it onto paper. The children loved having the opportunity to hold such a large flower and seeing what it looked like afterward as well!”

Away from work, Madison enjoys shopping and hiking. “I spend a lot of my weekends going camping or on a road trip!” One thing that people might not know about Madison is that she loves doing yoga.
